Supported ProtectServer 3 HSM firmware and boot loader versions
This topic lists all firmware and boot loader versions that Thales has released for the ProtectServer 3 HSM to date along with their FIPS validation status.
Note
The ProtectServer 3 HSM transitioned from FIPS 140-2 Level 3 to FIPS 140-3 Level 3 compliance and validation. With the release of ProtectServer 3 HSM Firmware 7.03.02 (validation pending) there are new features and enhancements to be aware of. The information in this section is grouped by the FIPS compliance and validation requirements that are relevant to your ProtectServer 3 HSM deployment.
Supported firmware versions
The table below lists all firmware versions that Thales has released for the ProtectServer 3 HSM to date. Unless stated otherwise, the ProtectServer 3 HSM Firmware versions listed below are compatible with all ProtectServer 3 HSM variants.
